PCCP Composer ("the App") is designed to help professionals conduct and document pipe inspections. This privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

1. Information We Collect

PCCP Composer stores all inspection data locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers.

Data stored locally on your device includes:

• Inspection records and notes
• Photos and audio recordings you capture
• Pipeline and client information you enter
• Defect and feature observations

2. Data Storage

All data remains on your device and in your iCloud account (if you have iCloud enabled for the app). We do not have access to your data. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your inspection data.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses Apple Maps for displaying pipeline routes. Apple's privacy policy governs their collection of map and location data: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/

4. Data Export

When you export inspection data (XLSX spreadsheets, RTF photo logs, media files), the exported files are saved to locations you choose on your device or shared via methods you select. We do not receive copies of exported data.

5. Camera and Microphone

The App requests access to your device's camera and microphone to capture photos and voice notes for inspection documentation. This media is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to us.

6. No Analytics or Tracking

We do not use any analytics services, tracking pixels, or third-party SDKs that collect user data. Your usage of the App is completely private.

7. Children's Privacy

This App is designed for professional use and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy periodically. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
